Akalgarh village in Jind district of Haryana witnessed a major step towards resolving its long-standing water shortage for village ponds after villagers approached Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj with a request for assistance. Before the survey began, representatives of Akalgarh village, Jind district, Haryana, including the Gram Panchayat, visited Shri Dhanana Dham and submitted a prayer requesting assistance from Tatvdarshi Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj. They informed Him about the severe shortage of water in the village ponds, which had created serious difficulties for livestock. Acting on their request, He immediately directed a survey team to inspect the site.

Water Shortage in Village Ponds Led to Serious Difficulties
According to the information shared during the programme, Akalgarh village had been facing a severe shortage of water for livestock. The village’s two major ponds had dried up, while the remaining water had become so dirty that even animals could not sit in it.
Villagers said they had to travel several kilometres to arrange drinking water for their cattle. They also stated that the situation had become so difficult that many families had stopped livestock rearing because of the lack of water.
The Gram Panchayat identified the shortage of water in the ponds as the village’s most pressing concern and decided to seek assistance.
Gram Panchayat Submitted a Prayer at Shri Dhanana Dham
Sarpanch Kuldeep Singh said that the Gram Panchayat, along with respected villagers, visited Shri Dhanana Dham and submitted a prayer before Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj requesting support.
The Panchayat requested that the village ponds be connected with the Bhiwani Branch Canal so that canal water could reach both ponds and help resolve the water shortage for livestock.
During the survey, Panchayat representatives explained that nearly 9,000 feet of pipeline would be required for the project.

Immediate Survey Conducted on Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj’s Instructions
Following the request, Tatvdarshi Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj immediately instructed a survey team to visit the village.
The survey team inspected the proposed route from the Bhiwani Branch Canal to the village ponds. After completing the inspection, the team found that the demand for approximately 9,000 feet of pipeline was justified.
According to statements made during the programme, the findings were immediately conveyed to Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, after which approval was granted.
Panchayat representatives said they were informed the same evening that the requirement had been approved and that the material would reach the village the following day.
Pipeline and Materials Reached the Village Within 24 Hours
The programme stated that, following approval, trucks carrying the required material reached Akalgarh village the next day. The Gram Panchayat received:

At a single instruction from Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, His disciples arranged everything required to make the system operational, including starters, cables, elbows, suction pipes, rubber gaskets, adhesives such as Fevicol, and even the smallest steel nuts and bolts. As villagers themselves expressed during the programme, they did not have to purchase even a single nut from the market to make the system operational.
Villagers Welcomed the Team and Shared Their Experiences
The arrival of the material was followed by a welcome programme in the village. Villagers received the team with flower garlands and traditional drums.
Sarpanch Kuldeep Singh said that the Gram Panchayat had submitted the request only the previous day and that the arrival of the entire pipeline within such a short period was something the village had never witnessed before.
During the programme, several villagers shared their experiences regarding the prolonged shortage of water and expressed gratitude after the material reached the village.
A retired Army serviceman said that the village had been struggling with water availability in the ponds and that the problem had affected livestock. He stated that the action taken after the request gave villagers hope for a permanent solution.
Other villagers also spoke during the event and described the assistance as timely. They said the village had been facing the problem for years and expressed appreciation after seeing the material reach the village soon after the survey.
Gram Panchayat Receives the Complete Material
The programme also showed the formal handover of the material to the Gram Panchayat. Panchayat representatives confirmed that the 9,000-ft pipeline, along with Fevicol, fittings and other accessories, had been received.
According to statements made during the programme, the pipeline is intended to bring water from the Bhiwani Branch Canal to both village ponds. The Gram Panchayat also stated its commitment to laying the pipeline for a permanent arrangement.
