According to the villagers, the Gram Panchayat of Sadhan Village approached Tatvdarshi Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj with a prayer seeking help to address the long-standing waterlogging issue. Following the request, He directed that a detailed survey of the village be conducted. Based on the survey report, the village received 13,100 feet of 8-inch pipeline, 3,200 metres of electrical cable and four 10 HP motors. After the initial phase helped remove a significant portion of the accumulated water, the villagers again approached Him with a request to arrange the underground installation of the pipeline, stating that the village was not financially capable of carrying out the work on its own.

Flooding Left Hundreds of Bighas Unfit for Farming
Residents of Sadhan Village said that waterlogging had affected farming for years. Around 800 bighas of agricultural land remained submerged during the rainy season and due to surrounding accumulated water, with water levels reaching 5 to 8 feet in many areas.
The prolonged flooding prevented farmers from cultivating wheat, paddy and other crops. Standing crops were repeatedly destroyed, reducing agricultural income and placing many farming families under financial pressure. According to villagers, several households struggled to pay electricity bills, while some farmers considered leaving agriculture altogether because cultivation had become increasingly difficult.
Survey Conducted After Villagers Submitted Their Request
To seek relief from the recurring problem, the Gram Panchayat of Sadhan Village submitted a prayer to Tatvdarshi Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj.

Using the motors, villagers collectively removed around 70% of the accumulated water, allowing cultivation to resume in several fields.
Farmers stated that wheat was cultivated in areas where water had been drained, while maize and fodder crops were grown in lower fields after additional water was removed.
Second Request Sought Permanent Solution Through Underground Pipeline
Although the first phase significantly improved conditions, villagers stated that some low-lying areas continued to retain water. They said that a permanent solution required the entire drainage pipeline to be laid underground.
According to the Gram Panchayat, the village did not have the financial capacity to undertake such a large-scale installation independently.
The villagers therefore submitted another prayer to Tatvdarshi Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, requesting assistance with burying the pipeline. According to those interviewed, He accepted the request immediately.
Machines, tractors, labourers and a dedicated team subsequently reached Sadhan Village to begin the underground pipeline work before the onset of the monsoon.

Excavation work in Sadhan Village commenced on 3 June 2026 under Kisan Mazdoor Bachao Abhiyan Phase 2. The work included trench excavation, joining of pipeline sections and underground installation. Villagers, labourers and members of Tatvdarshi Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj’s team worked together throughout the process.

During the second day of work, team members reported that around 90 pipeline sections, equivalent to approximately 1,800 feet, had already been installed underground while excavation and pipeline joining continued simultaneously.
They also stated that the entire expenditure and execution of the underground installation was being carried out under the directions of Tatvdarshi Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, regardless of the time required to complete the work.
Gram Pradhan Jogendra Singh Describes the Village’s Situation
Gram Pradhan Jogendra Singh said the village had been affected by waterlogging for around 20 years, making cultivation difficult for farmers.
He stated that after the first request, the supplied motors and pipeline reached the village within three to four days, enabling villagers to remove nearly 70% of the accumulated water.
According to him, after the harvest was completed, another request was submitted seeking assistance with underground installation because farmers could not afford the work.
Jogendra Singh said the request was accepted quickly and the installation work began soon afterwards.
He added that previous appeals had also been made to government authorities for drainage arrangements but, according to him, no effective solution had been provided. He further said that villager Chandraveer Singh informed the Panchayat about approaching Tatvdarshi Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, after which the request was submitted.
He described the completed work as satisfactory and said it had been carried out under the supervision of the Gram Panchayat and members of Tatvdarshi Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj’s team. He also expressed gratitude on behalf of the village and local farmers.
