In village Dighal, located under the Beri tehsil of Jhajjar district in the state of Haryana, an extremely severe problem regarding the drainage of dirty and rainwater from the pond had persisted for more than three decades. Every year during the monsoon and rainy season, the pond would overflow, causing approximately 3 to 4 feet of dirty water to accumulate on the village streets and main pathways. Local residents and the Gram Panchayat had repeatedly appealed to administrative officials and the government for a solution to this problem, but no permanent arrangement for water drainage could be ensured at any level.
How Villagers Presented Their Problem Before Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj
When no solution to this three-decade-old problem of Dighal village emerged from the administrative authorities, the Gram Panchayat, without losing hope, presented its prayer at the holy feet of Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj under the ‘Pashudhan Bachao Shuddh Jal Pilao Abhiyan’ (Save Livestock, Feed Pure Water Campaign) and ‘Kisan Mazdoor Bachao Abhiyan’ (Save Farmers and Laborers Campaign).

Using modern GPS technology and ground measurements, the survey team inspected how the dirty water of the pond could be successfully channeled to the main drain. Following this comprehensive technical survey, it was determined that to free the village from waterlogging, a 5,000-feet-long 10-inch special pipeline, a 20 HP motor, and a 15×15 feet room for the safety and maintenance of the motor were required. Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj immediately approved this report and issued orders to dispatch relief materials for Dighal village.

In accordance with the sacred orders of Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj, when trucks filled with pipes and necessary equipment arrived at the border of village Dighal, the entire rural area plunged into a wave of joy. The villagers gathered outside the village with tractors and beating drums. Everyone present there recited Mangalacharan and gave a grand and respectful welcome to this relief material with flower garlands and flower showers.

Operational Procedure of the Water Drainage System and Upcoming Instructions
Along with handing over the pipeline and auxiliary accessories in village Dighal, a special procedure has been established according to the instructions of Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj. Clear instructions have been given to the Gram Panchayat to lay the entire 5,000-feet-long pipeline underground in accordance with the rules. After laying the pipeline, water must be released into it to meticulously check every joint and leakage.
Once the underground laying process of the entire pipeline is successfully completed, the Gram Panchayat will inform the survey team.
