Existing Condition of the Village
For nearly 6 to 7 years, Biran village suffered from acute waterlogging and salinity without any permanent drainage system:
- Out of 7,000 acres of total fertile agricultural land, 4,000 acres were fully affected and submerged.
- Standing crops were repeatedly destroyed season after season, inflicting immense financial losses on local farmers.
- Water surrounding homes and field-settlements (Dhanis) forced families to migrate, disrupting daily life and severely affecting children’s education.
- About 40% to 60% of the village land had turned redundant for the last 4-5 years.
Heartfelt Plea by Villagers
Having exhausted all administrative appeals without success, the Gram Panchayat and respected elders of Biran village approached Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj with faith and a humble request:
- 33,000 feet of 8-inch drainage pipes
- 5 heavy-duty 15 HP motors
Systematic Phased Survey and Complete Directions
Unlike casual aid drives, relief under the Annapurna Muhim (Kisan Majdur Bachao Abhiyan) Phase 2 follows divine foresight and precision:
- Initial Survey: Upon receiving the prayer, Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj ordered a survey team to visit Biran village. The team conducted physical inspection and drone surveys across affected areas to verify the exact requirement of 33,000 ft of 8-inch pipeline and five 15 HP motors.
- Phase 1 Execution (Underground Piping): Relief material containing 33,000 feet of 8-inch pipeline was supplied. Complete directions on how to install and bury the pipeline were provided. The villagers united and laid the entire pipeline underground within 15 days.
- Re-Survey and Phase 2 Handover: Following the completion of pipeline installation, the survey team re-inspected the ground as per Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj’s instructions. Once verified that the pipes were laid correctly according to standards, the re-survey report was presented before Him, leading to the immediate release of Phase 2 equipment.

Help Given by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj
Under the divine guidance of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, Phase 2 relief materials were handed over to the Gram Panchayat completely free of cost and as a permanent solution:
- Five 15 HP heavy-duty motors (3 Crompton and 2 Kirloskar make)
- L&T branded electrical starters
- 20-foot suction pipes, PVC joiner pipes and heavy electric cables
- Iron bend pipes, reducers, air valves, steel nuts, bolts, clamps, plates and pipe-binding solution
Everything down to the smallest nut and bolt was supplied so that villagers did not have to spend a single rupee or purchase anything from the market.

The emotional relief and deep gratitude of the villagers were captured directly on ground:
- Sarpanch Ji expressed: “We submitted our plea for a 33,000 feet pipe to Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj… today the motors have arrived. The village was drowning, crops were submerged and fields were ruined. Everything is now going to come back to life.”
- An elderly villager remarked: “We haven’t grown crops for 5 years. Guruji immediately fulfilled our plea… MLA candidates come, make promises and leave. What the MLA couldn’t do, Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj accomplished.”
- A local youth shared: “He didn’t just give a motor, He gave every tiny item from a nut to the entire pipeline… The village was in ruins due to waterlogging, crops were destroyed and income was gone. We express our heartfelt gratitude to Him.”
- Pratap Singh Dhaka (Master Ji) stated: “Our village name is Biran and it has literally become ‘Viran’ (desolate). Now it is getting restored… 5,000 residents across 900 homes have been given a new life by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj.”
