When the government machinery proved to be a complete failure and the farmers saw their fertile land being permanently ruined, the Gram Panchayat and the enlightened citizens of Abhaura village took a crucial decision. Inspired by the relief activities being run by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj in the nearby village of Talfara, the Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Abhaura and the office-bearers of the Farmer Union made up their minds to seek refuge in Him.
The villagers visited the divisional office of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj located in Bharatpur and presented a formal written petition on their letterhead. In this petition, a demand was made for the necessary equipment to overcome the geographical adversity and waterlogging of the village.

Upon hearing the painful cry of Gram Panchayat Abhaura, Jagatguru Tatvdarshi Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj showed immediate promptness without any delay. Free from any legal or paper formalities or political perspectives, within just five days of receiving the petition, Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj dispatched a massive convoy of trucks loaded with relief material to Abhaura village.

Along with handing over the relief material, a very important official letter from Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj was read aloud by His disciples before the Gram Panchayat and was handed over to the panchayat. Through this letter, Sant Ji cautioned the villagers and gave the following instructions:
- Time-bound Water Drainage: Utilizing this invaluable material provided by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, the villagers must work day and night with mutual coordination to drain the water out of the village as quickly as possible.
- Cessation of Future Aid Upon Negligence: If, due to the mutual laziness or negligence of the villagers this time as well, the water is not drained and the sowing of crops cannot take place, then in the future, the trust of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj will not provide any assistance to this village during any disaster.
- Unlimited Availability of Material: If during the work, any other material is deemed necessary apart from the 8600-foot pipe or two motors, the villagers can immediately request Him and ask for more material. No matter how much material is required, draining the water from the fields is mandatory.
- Transparency via Drone Visuals: A first video of the waterlogged village has already been filmed via drone by Sant Ji’s trust. A second video will be made after the water drainage, and a third video will be shot when the crops flourish. These three videos will be showcased on projectors during the congregations (Samagams) at Satlok Ashrams so that the donors remain fully assured that every single penny of their donation is being utilized for public welfare.
