According to the Sarpanch, nearly 1,000 to 1,500 acres of agricultural land had been affected by waterlogging. Another village representative stated that more than 150 acres of land had remained unusable because of waterlogging. He said the supplied motors and associated equipment would help remove rainwater, allowing cultivation to resume.
