New Delhi/Kanjhawala, Farmers from Kanjhawala village in Delhi’s North West district were living in fear of losing their entire livelihood after 150–200 acres of farmland became submerged under 4–6 feet of water due to untimely heavy rainfall. The severe flooding destroyed the current crop and erased all hope of sowing the next one.

They also learned that similar relief efforts were being carried out in neighboring villages Rasoolpur and Ghevra. Motivated by this, the farmers of Kanjhawala approached Satlok Ashram, Mundka, with their final hope.

Farmers’ Pain and Gratitude Toward Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj
Villager Arvind Dabas shared how unseasonal rains devastated their crops. Despite informing the administration multiple times, they received only temporary drainage work and no real assistance.
Villager Kuldeep Singh added:
“We could not sow wheat. Everything seemed impossible. It is only due to their kindness that we even have hope now. Otherwise, 100–150 acres would have been left empty this season. Everything we grow is essential for us. We are grateful beyond words.”
Another villager, Lalit Kumar, said they had lost all hope from the administration, and only after learning about relief activities in Rasoolpur, Ghevra, and Ranikhera did they visit Mundka Ashram. There, they were immediately provided with the motor, cable, and other materials.
Another villager mentioned that volunteers assured them that if further equipment was needed, it would also be provided. Even with the motor, it would take about 10 days to fully drain the water.
Villager Jaideep added:
“Yesterday we saw them helping in Ghevra too. We submitted our request yesterday, and early this morning the volunteers arrived with everything. This will save the livelihood of hundreds of families.”
He said that no other saint or administrative officer had ever come to check on them, and only Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj helped them.
Clear Order from Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj: The Crop Must Be Sown
Volunteers explained that they learned about the issue through YouTube and immediately conveyed the request to Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj.
A volunteer repeated the saint’s instructions:
“Our Guru Ji has ordered that water must be drained quickly and the crop must be sown. Guru Ji has commanded that wheat must be planted so that no one in the country sleeps hungry. This is Guru Ji’s strict order.”
Thus, Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj not only provided physical assistance but also restored the farmers’ hope for their next harvest, safeguarding the livelihood of hundreds of families.
A Widespread Relief Mission: Service Continues in 300+ Villages
Volunteers shared that this list of flood-relief work is very long. They have already served in over 300 villages, and the mission continues.
They said:
“Guru Ji has commanded that we must not show off-we must work at the ground level and deliver real help.”
What began in Haryana has now reached Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, and many other states. Crores worth of relief material has already been distributed.
Through the compassion and grace of Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj, the farmers of Kanjhawala experienced how a simple social media video turned into a lifesaving solution.
This is why people call Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj the savior of farmers-some even call Him God.
He has been honored at Maham’s historic Chaubisi Chabutra as the Manavata Ke Rakshak (Protector of Humanity), awarded Dhanana Ratna by 36 communities of village Dhanana (Sonipat), and recognized by Naugama Boora Khap, Punia Khap, Bhyan Khap, and the Sarpanch Association of Barwala as a Kisan Rakshak Samman (Farmer’s Protector Award).
