Whatever efforts were made at the government level proved insufficient in front of this monstrous problem. One or two motors were received, but they became faulty within a short time. The arrangement of pipes was made by the farmers at their own level, but that too was not sufficient. The entire village had sunk into the darkness of despair. In such difficult times, the Gram Panchayat Sisar khas collectively decided that now as a last hope, a prayer should be placed at the feet of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj.
Collective Call of the Gram Panchayat
The Gram Panchayat Sisar khas, Block Meham, District Rohtak prepared a formal prayer letter on the village letterhead. In this prayer letter, a demand was placed for 3000 feet 8-inch pipe and six 10 horsepower motors to remove flood water from the village. The Panchayat representatives told that the water in the fields is so much that if drainage is not done in time, the entire coming agricultural session will be destroyed.
The Sarpanch representative said in clear words that “One of our crops has been completely destroyed and the next crop is also seen slipping out of hand. Now we have no path left other than Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj.” The Panch, Sarpanch and villagers of the Panchayat unitedly reached Barwala and submitted their prayer at the feet of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj.
Quick Decision and Unprecedented Assistance under Annapurna Muhim
What no one had imagined became a reality in just three days. By the order of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, relief material was dispatched for Sisar khas village. Within no time, a huge convoy of ten vehicles entered the village. These were not just pipes and motors, but life-giving help for those farmers who had completely broken down.
This relief material included six high-quality 10 horsepower motors, 3000 feet 8-inch pipe, heavy cables, starters, fitting material, joints, nut-bolts and every small and big equipment related to the motor. Not only this, even the smallest item like Fevicol was made available so that the villagers would not face any kind of additional trouble.

Condition of the Village and the Changed Atmosphere after Relief Arrived
The condition of Sisar khas village was such that it could make any sensitive person emotional. The millet crop had completely rotted, the fields had turned into marshland and water was filled even in the streets. The water accumulated for a long time had turned black, due to which the risk of diseases had increased. In such a situation, when the trucks filled with relief material reached the village, a wave of happiness spread throughout the village.

The villagers said that “The work for which we had been wandering for months, Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj showed by doing it in just a few days.” People described it as a miracle like growing mustard on the palm. The farmers had now started believing that water would be removed in time and sowing of wheat would be possible.
Annapurna Muhim: Not Relief, Permanent Solution
The Annapurna Muhim of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj is not limited only to immediate assistance. Its objective is to provide a permanent solution. Clear instructions were given to the Gram Panchayat that the pipes should be permanently buried in the fields so that whenever waterlogging occurs in the future, water can be removed immediately. This will ensure that Sisar khas village does not have to struggle with the problem of flooding in the coming years.

Along with this, the Panchayat was also assured that if the drainage of water is not completed with the available material, then more motors and pipes will be provided. The primary objective is only one — water should be removed from the village and farmers should be able to sow crops on time.
Beneficiary Farmers and Reaction of the Panchayat
The Gram Panchayat and farmers unanimously accepted that for the first time in their lives they saw that the demanded material was made available in full quantity, with better quality and without any condition. The Sarpanch said that “Neither a single pipe is less nor a single motor. What we asked for, we received much better than that.”
The farmers told that now a belief has been formed in the entire village that there will be a wheat crop in every field. This is not only economic relief, but also mental support, which has given the farmers the strength to stand again.
New Hope and Faith in Sisar khas
Today the atmosphere in Sisar khas village looks changed. Where earlier there was despair and worry, now hope and self-confidence are visible. People are saying that it is better to save their fields and grow crops than to ask for compensation from the government, and this strength they have received from the Annapurna Muhim of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj.
This story is not only of removing water after flood, but of that faith which Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj has made real through His works. The farmers of Sisar khas village are now saying with full confidence that their fields will become green again and this crisis will not be the end of their lives, but will become a new beginning.
