This story is not only about flood but also about that hopelessness which had surrounded the entire Mundal Khurd village. In Mundal Khurd of Bhiwani district of Haryana about more than 1200–1300 acres of land was submerged in water. The first crop had been destroyed and the time of the next sowing of wheat was near — but hopes were dim. Despite government efforts and relations no relief was received. In such miserable conditions the Gram Panchayat prayed for help to Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj.

Under the leadership of Sarpanch Arshvir Singh Ji the Panchayat reached Barwala and formally on the village letterhead sent the demand of 15,000 feet 8-inch pipe and four 10 HP motors at the feet of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj — this help was made available by the grace of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj.
From Prayer to Relief — How the Material Reached
The village head told that the height of water in the village at many places was 3–4 feet; cracks had appeared in the foundations of some houses and people were getting displaced. The Panchayat submitted the prayer through lawyers and as soon as the order came within a few days a long convoy of trucks reached Mundal Khurd.

On the orders of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj four 10 HP motors and about 15,000 feet high-quality 8-inch pipe along with starter, cable, nut-bolt and every small-big accessory was also sent — even small items like Fevicol were given so that the farmers should not face any trouble of the market.

Reaction of Villagers and Leaders
The Sarpanch of the village Harshvir Singh Ji explained in detail that due to water 1,000–1,500 acres were affected and if arrangement had not happened on time then the next sowing would remain obstructed. The elders of the village, panch-sarpanch and farmers emotionally said that this assistance is no less than a miracle — “Our Diwali has come early”, “What the government did not do in decades Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj did in one instant” — such opinions were heard again and again.

Many villagers said that even after relations and political contacts no one paid attention to their problem, but after coming back to the trust of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj the village received relief. People who came from neighboring villages were also expressing surprise that how such large-scale arrangement of pipe-motor was done — and they thanked Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj and the present team.
The Village Received a Permanent Thought — Instruction to Bury the Pipeline Underground
According to the order of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj this assistance is not limited only to immediate relief — instruction has also been given to permanently bury the pipelines underground to ensure water drainage in future floods. The Panchayat has also given assurance that the given material will be used correctly and water will be removed on time and the next sowing will be possible on time. The team has also promised to record drone-video of the village — first of the water-filled condition, then after water is removed and finally when the crop waves — so that transparency remains and proof of donation-use may be available.
Scope of Service and Principles of Annpurna Muhim
The goal of the Annapurna Muhim of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj is not only distribution but to give permanent solutions on ground level — with the policy “not show-off, but ground work” service has reached more than 300 villages till now. In Mundal Khurd this mission has not only become the medium of removing water but has also reignited the trust of local people — when communities receive effective help at the right time then life-streams can be saved.
Village’s Pledge and Forward Plan
From Gram Panchayat Mundal Khurd formal signatures have been given on the request letter and Panchayat has given written pledge that according to the order of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj the given material will be properly used to remove water from the village on time and ensure the sowing of the next crop. The villagers publicly gave this assurance that they will bury the pipeline in the ground to ensure permanent drainage arrangement and as accountability they will easily provide drone-video and follow-up report.
Towards a New Morning — Message of Trust and Reconstruction
The 15,000-foot pipe and four motors received by the farmers of Mundal Khurd from the Annpurna Muhim of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj are not just relief-materials; this is a permanent protective shield which will help save the village from repeated flood disasters. The villagers said that “This help was like a dream coming true” and now they have begun the preparation for sowing on time. This initiative of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj not only removed water in a serious social crisis but also restored the patience and hope of the community — this is the real fruit of this service.
