In the Bhiwani district of Haryana state, the flood that came this year in Bohal village completely disturbed rural life. The lush green crops in the fields were destroyed in just a few days. Around 500–600 acres of land were submerged in water. Three to four feet of water was filled in the fields, due to which the crops started rotting and the biggest question in front of the farmers was how the next sowing would happen. All efforts made at their level failed. Neither government help came, nor did the administration provide any relief. The hard work and capital of the farmers were washed away in the water. Despair spread in the village.
Then the villagers came to know that under the leadership of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, relief work was going on in flood-affected villages under the Annpurna Muhim. They heard from nearby villages that wherever a disaster comes, on the orders of Sant Ji, help reaches there on time. With this faith, under the leadership of Sarpanch Ravindra Kumar Ji, the entire Panchayat of Bohal village reached Barwala and presented a prayer letter at the feet of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj.
Villagers Reached with Their Prayer
The villagers were expressing their pain in one voice. Sarpanch Ravindra Kumar Ji said – “There is still three to four feet of water filled in our fields. 500–600 acres of land are submerged, crops are completely destroyed. There is no possibility of sowing the next crop. We have not received any help from the government.” The villagers said that they came to know from nearby villages that in the court of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, relief could be requested. Therefore, they came carrying a ray of hope.
They wrote in their prayer letter that two 15-horsepower motors and 6000 feet of pipe are required to remove water from the fields. All the members of the Panchayat signed this application and respectfully handed it over at the feet of Sant Ji.
Quick Relief Reached by the Grace of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj
The surprising thing was that only a few days after giving the prayer, on the orders of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, a large convoy carrying relief material reached Bohal village. The villagers could not believe that their plea would be heard so soon.
The sevadars who reached the village provided the following materials –
- Two 15-horsepower heavy-duty motors
- 6000 feet of 8-inch high-quality pipes
- Starters, cables, fittings, and complete equipment for running the motors
Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj sent this help under the Annapurna Muhim. His order was that the villagers should not have to buy anything from outside. Everything was provided completely so that the farmers would not face any kind of difficulty.

The villagers said that this was nothing less than a miracle for them. The fields that had been filled with water for weeks now started drying. As soon as the motors started running and the water began to flow out, happiness spread in every house. Children, elders, and women – everyone’s faces glowed with relief.
Gratitude of the Villagers
The farmers said emotionally – “We knocked on every door, but no one listened. The government did not pay attention, but Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj heard our plea.” Another farmer said – “Our fields were destroyed, there was no hope, but Sant Ji came like God and gave us new life.”

The farmers told that about 700–800 acres of land were filled with water, but now, with the help of the relief materials, the water has started draining out. Now they believe that the next sowing will happen on time. They thanked Sant Ji and His followers from the bottom of their hearts.
Clear Instructions of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj
Along with the relief materials, a notice was also given to the village, in which the strict order of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj was written –
“If the given materials are not used to remove the water on time and the sowing of crops is not done this time, then in the future, that village will not be given any help in any disaster.”
Along with this, it was also said that a drone video of the village should be made in three phases –
- When the water is filled
- After the water is removed
- When the crops flourish
These videos will be shown in Satlok Ashrams so that the congregation can get proof that their donations are being used for the right purpose. The Panchayat agreed to this and assured Sant Ji that after the next sowing, greenery will surely return to the fields.
Step Toward Permanent Solution
Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj ordered that the given pipes should be permanently placed underground so that if floods come again in the future, the water can be drained immediately. This was not only temporary help but became a permanent asset for the village. The farmers said that now this system will keep providing them relief every year.

Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj Himself belongs to a farmer’s family. He understands very well the pain of farmers. He said – “Even if the first crop of a farmer is destroyed, the second one should not die.” With this aim, He ordered that no Panchayat coming with a prayer should be denied help.
The farmers of the village said that the government’s plans remain only on paper, but the service of Sant Ji works at the ground level. “He not only gave us resources but also the confidence that we can stand again,” said one farmer.
