While monsoon rains bring prosperity to many, for Kishangarh village in Maham tehsil, Rohtak district, they brought disaster. Continuous rainfall submerged hundreds of acres of farmland, destroying the farmers’ crops and hopes. Their livelihood was at stake, and their future seemed bleak.

In this dire situation, when no help seemed to come from anywhere, Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj’s Annapurna Muhim appeared as a ray of hope and a decisive solution. According to Subhash Numberdar, head of the Meham 24 Sarokha Panchayat, repeated requests to the government for water drainage assistance went unanswered.
Villagers Finally Turned to Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj
Desperate, the villagers learned through local sources about the nationwide disaster relief efforts being carried out under Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj’s Annapurna Muhim. Through a local follower, the Panchayat contacted the management committee of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj and described their dire situation, requesting materials for water drainage.
“Within Days, ₹40–50 Lakh Worth of Aid Arrived”
To the villagers, what happened next felt miraculous. Within days, a long convoy of trucks arrived in Kishangarh under Annapurna Muhim, carrying massive relief materials worth approximately ₹40–50 lakh, as estimated by Panchayat officials.

The aid contained exactly what the villagers had asked for:
- 15,000 feet of heavy-duty 8-inch pipeline
- Two 15 HP motor pump sets
- 600 feet of thick three-phase cable
- Two starters, bands, assemblies, and all accessories required for the water drainage system
Local schoolteacher Master Ji confirmed that every item listed in the official request was delivered in full and perfect condition.
Village Councils and Farmer Unions Praise the Unprecedented Relief
The enormous support not only helped farmers but also deeply impressed social organizations. Ramphal Rathi, General Secretary of Maham 24 Sarokha Panchayat, said he had lived for over 75 years but had never seen a saint like Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj—“Number One in true sense.” He also mentioned Sant Ji’s other humanitarian works including building homes for the poor, free education and healthcare services, and generous donations such as ₹15 lakh and ₹11 lakh to Chhotu Ram Dham.

Panchayat head Subhash Numberdar said that Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj had done a great favor to the entire village purely out of compassion, not politics. The Maham Block head of the Bharatiya Kisan Union (Farmers’ Union) also bowed in gratitude, saying he had never seen such selfless service and requested similar help for his own flood-affected village, Balambha.
Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj’s Command: “Farmers First, Ashram Construction Later”
The most striking part of this relief mission was a written directive sent by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj Himself through His volunteers. The letter, read aloud to the Panchayat, carried clear instructions—help the farmers first, no matter what.

Seeing the severity of the flood, Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj ordered all Satlok Ashrams and over 500 Naam Initiation Centers to suspend all construction work immediately. Every rupee of donation and every volunteer (sevadar) was to be redirected toward flood relief.

Volunteers explained that similar teams were already working in Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Jammu & Kashmir.
Accountability and Transparency: Drone Monitoring and Long-Term Solution
This was not a one-time donation—it was a disciplined, accountable, and forward-looking relief mission.
Accountability: The letter clearly stated that if the villagers failed to drain the water in time and sow the next (wheat) crop, the Trust would not provide future aid to that village.
Transparency: To ensure proper use of resources, volunteers recorded drone footage of the flooded area. They planned to capture two more videos—one after the water was drained and another when the fields turned green again. All three videos would be shown in Satlok Ashrams nationwide so that donors could see the real impact of their contributions.
Sustainability: The letter instructed villagers to bury the provided pipeline permanently as a long-term flood management solution, calling it “a priceless gift from Supreme God Kabir Ji through Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj’s Annapurna Muhim.”
Villagers’ Reactions: “No Politics, Just Pure Help – Never Seen Such a Saint”
Tears of joy rolled down the villagers’ faces. Rajju, a local resident, said that while many politicians had come only to “talk politics” and left, Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj’s Annapurna Muhim actually saved lives.
Village Chairman Satbir said their water would finally drain and they could sow their next crop. Former Sarpanch Puran expressed heartfelt gratitude and prayed for Sant Ji’s early release.
Elderly villagers said they had never seen such a generous saint—“He is truly like a form of God.” Many added that without this help, they would have been “left to starve.”
In the end, the Kishangarh Panchayat honored Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj with a gratitude letter and photograph. This incident stands as proof that Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj’s Annapurna Muhim, with its organized, transparent, and selfless service, has become a life-saving force for those whom bureaucratic systems fail to reach in time.
