On April 23, 2025, the National Testing Agency (NTA), an autonomous organisation established for conducting the entrance examinations for admissions/ fellowships in higher educational institutions, released the NEET UG 2025 city intimation slip. What is the NEET 2025 City Intimation Slip?
The city intimation slip is a document released by NTA to notify the aspiring candidates about the city allotted to them for the examinations.
It is also important to note that:
- The city intimation slip should not be confused with the Admit Card of NEET (UG)- 2025 examination. This is NOT the Admit Card.
- This is an advance notice to facilitate the candidates in planning their travel and stay by allotting them a city where the examination centre will be located.
- The actual exam centre, date, and shift details will be mentioned only in the admit card (to be issued later).
The NTA is conducting the NEET UG-2025 examination at different locations across the globe (552 Indian cities and 14 cities abroad) on May 04 2025 from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM in pen and paper mode.

Step-1: Visit the official NTA NEET website: https://neet.nta.nic.in/.
Step-2: On the homepage, click on the link that says, “Advance Intimation for NEET (UG)-2025 is LIVE!”
Step-3: Login using your Application Number, Password and Captcha.
Step-4: After logging in, the city intimation slip with all the details shall be displayed on your screen.
Step-5: Verify your details thoroughly, keep the slip for future use.
