Kultana village of Sampla tehsil of Rohtak district of Haryana had been struggling with the serious problem of waterlogging for the past few months. About 1500 acres of fertile land of the village was submerged in one and a half to two feet water. The standing crop of farmers had already been destroyed and the hope of sowing the coming wheat crop was also gradually ending.
