ICSI CSEET Result July 2025 Out: On Wednesday, 16th July, 2025 at 02:00 PM, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) announced the results for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) with an overall passing percentage of 73.01%. The ICSI CS Executive Entrance Examination is conducted four times annually in the months of January, May, July, and November.

- Visit the ICSI official website, https://www.icsi.edu/home/.
- Click on “Click here to view Result”.
- Login using your Application Number and Date of Birth.
- Your score card will appear on the screen.
- Save the result.
Note: No Physical copy of Result-cum-marks statement shall be issued to the candidates.

ICSI CSEET July Result 2025: Pass Percentage and Qualifying Criteria
Passing Percentage
As per the press release issued by ICSI for CSEET July 2025 session, 73.01% of the candidates have been declared successful.
Qualifying Criteria
To pass the CS Executive Entrance Test, candidates are required to meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 40% marks in each of the 4 papers
- And an overall aggregate of 50%
- There is no negative marking
What’s After Qualifying CS Executive Entrance Test
- The candidates who have successfully qualified the CSEET July 2025 examinations are now eligible to register for the CS Executive Programme, which is the second level in the Company Secretary course by ICSI.
- Candidates must register themselves within the specified deadlines- by July 31 for the December session.
- Clearing both the modules of the Executive Programme opens the way to the Professional Programme, followed by mandatory training sessions, finally leading to attain the membership as a certified Company Secretary (CS).
