Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj Resolves a 20-Year Crisis in Dhani Peerwali Village
SHARE

The hell-like living conditions that had persisted for nearly two decades in Dhani Peerwali village, located in the Hansi District in Haryana, are now approaching an end. Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, took notice of the suffering of the village farmers and residents and arranged relief material for them. Notably, the farmers of this village had been watching their fertile land gradually turn into ponds due to continuous waterlogging for the past 20 years. After exhausting themselves by repeatedly approaching administrative offices and government authorities, this assistance has now arrived as a new ray of hope for the villagers.

A Long Phase of Administrative Failure and the Helplessness of Villagers

Due to the geographical position of Dhani Peerwali village and the absence of a proper drainage system, nearly 60 to 70 killas (about 30–35 acres) of fertile land had become completely submerged. The farmers here mainly depend on vegetable and cabbage cultivation, but because the fields remained permanently filled with water, their crops would rot shortly after sowing.

Villagers explained their suffering, stating that for decades they had been visiting the offices of ministers and officials, yet every time they received only hollow assurances. This indifference of the system had completely destroyed the village’s economic structure, and farmers were gradually sinking under the burden of debt.

Hell-Like Living Conditions: Snakes and Scorpions in Homes, Education in Crisis

The impact of the waterlogging was not limited to agricultural fields; dirty water had reached the doorsteps and even bedrooms of villagers. Because the streets remained submerged, poisonous creatures such as snakes and scorpions were often seen floating inside houses, creating constant fear of casualties.

The situation was particularly painful for schoolchildren. Due to blocked pathways caused by waterlogging, parents had to carry their children on their shoulders through dirty water to take them to school. The stagnant water also created a serious risk of spreading diseases, and both children and elderly villagers were continuously facing health problems.

Extraordinary Humanitarian Intervention by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj

When the administrative system had essentially given up, the village panchayat finally submitted a request at the lotus feet of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj as a last hope. Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj accepted the request and, through Annapurna Muhim, sent an entire convoy of relief materials to the village within just five days.

This swift action astonished the villagers because a problem that had remained unresolved for two decades began receiving a practical solution within a few days under the guidance of Maharaj Ji. According to villagers, they were inspired to seek His help after seeing similar selfless services carried out by Maharaj Ji in more than 400 villages through social media.

Technical Specifications and Completeness of the Relief Material

Under Annapurna Muhim, Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj has sent a strong double-layer pipeline measuring 3,000 feet (about 914 metres) in length with an 8-inch diameter, along with a powerful 10 horsepower motor for Dhani Peerwali village.

The most remarkable aspect of this assistance is its completeness. Maharaj Ji has not only provided the main machinery but also all the necessary supporting equipment required for installation, including a starter, cables, air valve, adhesive, nuts, bolts, and even the smallest components. The volunteers clearly stated that the village panchayat will not need to purchase even ₹1 worth of additional material from the market.

All this equipment will remain the collective property of the village and can also be used in the future during emergencies for water drainage.

Expansion of Annapurna Muhim and the Vision of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj

In Annapurna Muhim, Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj has so far completed relief work in more than 400 villages. Maharaj Ji has clearly instructed that this service is not for publicity but to bring genuine change on the ground.

Under this initiative, not only water drainage but also the construction of houses for helpless families in flood-affected areas, covering the education expenses of children, and providing ration to needy families are continuously being carried out. In Hisar district alone, three major relief services have already been conducted through Maharaj Ji, reflecting His humanitarian vision and compassion.

A Unique Message of Responsibility and Transparency

While handing over the relief materials, Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj also entrusted the villagers with a special responsibility. Maharaj Ji directed that the equipment should be used immediately to drain the water so that the upcoming wheat crop can be sown on time.

To maintain transparency throughout the process, drone technology is being used. Videos will be recorded showing the current waterlogged condition, the situation after the water is drained, and finally the flourishing crops in the fields. This evidence will be shown during gatherings at Satlok Ashrams so that donors can see clearly that their contributions are being used for genuine humanitarian service.

Villagers and Public Representatives Express Gratitude

BDC member Dr. Mahendra Singh Sen and Chief Advisor Rajendra Prasad Dinodia, along with the entire village panchayat, appreciated this initiative. Rajendra Prasad Dinodia stated that the work which governments could not accomplish in years was achieved easily by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj.

An elderly villager, while becoming emotional, said that in today’s time even close relatives rarely provide such significant help, yet Maharaj Ji has done so selflessly. The villagers have resolved to unite and make the village free from waterlogging as soon as possible so that future generations will remember this contribution.

Farmers believe that soon their fields will no longer contain rotten stagnant water but will once again flourish with crops and prosperity.
