DEEG, RAJASTHAN – Bahaj village in the Deeg region has battled severe waterlogging for many years. Nearly 1,000 bighas of farmland remained submerged season after season, leaving farmers with repeated crop losses and no workable solution. Pumps were simply not strong enough to push water to the drainage point, which is nearly 10,000 feet away.
A Village Drowning in Despair
The situation in Gram Panchayat Bahaj was critical. For many years, the area had faced a tragedy of heavy waterlogging. Approximately 1000 bighas of agricultural land were submerged under 4 to 7 feet of water. The farmers watched helplessly as their hard work was destroyed. The drainage point was 10,000 feet away, making it impossible for the villagers to pump the water out on their own.
Despite repeated visits to government offices, meeting the MLA and MP, and even holding a protest at the Collectorate on the 6th of the month, the villagers received no relief. They were left with false assurances while their fields remained underwater.
A Ray of Hope
The villagers of Bahaj finally saw a glimmer of hope when they read a newspaper report. It detailed how Sant Rampalji Maharaj had provided lakhs of rupees worth of relief materials to a nearby village, Ainchwada, under His “Annapurna Muhim”.

Determined to save their village, Sarpanch representative Mr. Subhash Babu and Accountant Mr. Babulal led a delegation of farmers to Bharatpur. They placed their request at the holy feet of Sant Rampalji Maharaj. They asked for pipes and motors to drain the water. Since the village only received electricity for 6 hours a day, they also requested a generator and diesel.
The Divine Response: Help in 48 Hours
When the prayer of the villagers reached Sant Rampalji Maharaj, He immediately ordered that full assistance be provided to them.
A survey team arrived the very next day, and within 48 hours of the request, a convoy of vehicles laden with relief materials reached Bahaj. Sant Rampalji Maharaj provided exactly what was needed to solve the crisis:
- 5,700 feet of 8-inch delivery pipe.
- 1,200 feet of 5-inch pipe.
- Three heavy-duty 10-Horsepower motors.
- One 7.5-Horsepower motor.
- 550 meters (approx. 1800 feet) of electric cable.
- Full support for a generator and diesel fuel expenses.
- All accessories including nuts, bolts, valves, and suction pipes so the villagers did not have to spend a single rupee.
Accountability and A Promise of Growth
Sant Rampalji Maharaj did not just send material; He sent a message of accountability and care. A letter from Him was read to the entire village.

In the letter, He stated that this aid is a gift to ensure the water is drained. He mandated that the villagers must work unitedly to drain the water so the next crop can be sown on time. To ensure transparency, He ordered drone footage to be taken in three stages:
- When the village was flooded.
- When the water is drained.
- When the new crops are swaying in the fields.
He emphasized that if the water is not drained, the responsibility lies with the village, but if they succeed, they will secure their livelihood. He assured them that if more materials were needed, they only had to ask.
“Our Diwali Has Arrived Today”
The atmosphere in Bahaj transformed from grief to celebration. The villagers welcomed the relief convoy with joy, feeling as if “Diwali” had arrived.
Sarpanch Subhash Babu expressed his gratitude, saying, “We protested and met officials for years with no result. But within some hours of reaching Sant Rampalji Maharaj, our solution arrived. This is nothing less than a miracle.”
Farmers, who had been unable to farm for years, were emotional. “For us, today is Diwali. Today is Govardhan Puja. Government officials failed us, but Sant Rampalji Maharaj came as God in human form to save us,” said a local farmer.
Sant Rampalji’s Annapurna Muhim
The aid extended to Bahaj Village is not an isolated incident. It is part of the “Annapurna Muhim,” a substantial and continuous flood relief organized by Sant Rampalji Maharaj. This Muhim, which began as an effort to provide food and shelter, has now evolved into a comprehensive humanitarian aid operation, which has reached over 300 villages.
To ensure this humanitarian mission could proceed without financial constraint, He issued a strict order to halt all construction work at His 12 ashrams and over 500+ naamdaan centers, diverting all funds and manpower to save the flood-affected villages. The complete coverage of all the efforts are being documented and published on all of the social media platforms by SA NEWS CHANNEL.

In a world where bureaucratic delays can worsen a crisis, Sant Rampalji Maharaj has what can be done, if we follow the true path of spirituality. His compassion and charity is a direct effect of His strong teachings laid down by God Kabir that “Ek Saheb Ki Bandgi, Aur Bhukho Ko Kuch De”. Where worship and charity done under the guidance of a True Guru is given the same weight.
