When about 250 acres of fertile land in the village was submerged in 3 to 4 feet of deep water, and even after knocking on the doors of the administration, only hollow assurances were received, the village Panchayat took a final decision. A few months ago, the condition of Sandlana village was extremely pitiable. About 250 acres of land were waterlogged.
