The village of Dharodi in Narwana Tehsil is today celebrating a victory that a whole generation had stopped dreaming of. This is the story of the end of a 10-year-old silence that had swallowed the smiles of thousands of farmers. Today, the fields of Dharodi are not drowning in water, but in a sea of golden wheat.
A Decade of Despair and Broken Promises
Nearly 1,500 to 1,600 acres of land in Dharodi had been submerged under 3 feet of water for the last ten years.
The Living Hell: Farmer Sukhchain recalls that while conditions were bad since 1985, the last 10 years were a nightmare.
The System’s Blindness: Villagers approached the administration 10 times and even met the CM, but not a single piece of equipment reached the ground.
The Burden of Debt: Despite owning land, farmers were forced to buy grain to survive and were sinking into debt.
The Divine Decree of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj
When every door closed, the village panchayat made a plea at the court of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj. Sant issued an order that redefined humanity. He ordered all ongoing construction at His Ashrams to stop immediately and redirected those funds for the service of the flood-affected farmers.
Within 4 days, a massive relief convoy reached Dharodi with:

- 11,000 feet of 8-inch piping.
- Two 15 HP heavy-duty motors with all necessary hardware.
- Zero Cost: The entire operation was conducted free of charge for the villagers.

The powerful motors worked day and night, pushing the ‘stubborn’ water miles away from the village.
The First Harvest in a Decade: Today, 98% of the wheat sowing is complete.
A Future Secured: The villagers have buried the 11,000-foot pipeline underground to ensure that future generations never face this calamity again.
Voices of Gratitude
“I was so stressed for 10 years that I forgot how to smile. Today, for the first time, I feel like laughing out loud,” said a teary-eyed Sukhchain. Another villager added, “The government kept making excuses about budgets, but a Saint saved our honor like a father.”
