Badesra village: The Gram Panchayat of Badesra in Haryana’s Bhiwani district received extensive flood relief help through the divine guidance of Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj. He provided this assistance under the Annapurna Muhim. As directed by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, all the required materials were delivered within two to three days of request, to the villagers.
Their quick action supported farmers who had lost nearly 2,000 acres of crops and were at risk of missing the wheat sowing season. Local residents noted that the response from government departments was slow and limited while Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj understood the genuine pain of the farmers community of the village and provided timely and effective help.
The Flood Situation and Loss of Livelihood
Badesra, located in Bhiwani Tehsil, faced severe waterlogging that covered almost 2,000 acres of farmland under four to five feet of stagnant water. This destroyed the standing crops and caused a huge financial loss to the farmers community and other villagers. The long-term impact was even more serious because the water did not recede, and the wheat sowing period was ending.
The crisis affected the village’s yearly income, food supply, livestock fodder, and access to schools and dispensaries. Villagers reported that government assistance was minimal. The Formal Request and Approval
Facing this urgent situation, the Gram Panchayat of Badesra with other villagers, led by Sarpanch Gop Singh Ji, travelled to the Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj’s Trust Office at Barwala and submitted a formal request for help with their signatures. They asked for the following assistance:
- Five 15 Horse Power pump sets
- 12,000 feet of 8-inch drainage pipeline
All panchayat members signed the request. The request was processed immediately under the commands of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj. This quick response assured villagers that their appeal had reached Him and that He would support them without delay.
Delivery of Materials and Operational Support
Soon after approval, a convoy reached Badesra with the complete relief material. As promised, all the relief material was successfully delivered in the Badesra Village comprising –
- Five 15 HP pump sets
- 12,000 feet of 8-inch heavy duty drainage pipes
- Five starters and electrical cables
- All necessary nuts, bolts, and clamps
The supply was totally free of cost and villagers did not need to buy any additional items. All the items were successfully handovered to the Village Panchayat in the presence of various villagers. This flood relief help, by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, was part of the large-scale relief work performed under the ‘Annapurna Muhim’ in more than 300 flood-affected villages across Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and other neighbouring states as well.
The mission focuses on practical ground-level work rather than publicity and is still in progress at a rapid pace, aiding humanity through the divine grace of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj.
Permanent Support with a Clear Responsibility
Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj provided the pumps and pipeline as a permanent asset for the village. He instructed the villagers to install and preserve the pipeline for future emergencies. Along with this, His mission clearly instructed the Gram Panchayat to ensure that the fields are drained properly and the wheat crop is sown on time.
A written request and instructions were also sent with the relief material, explaining that if the village failed to achieve proper sowing despite receiving complete support, then future disaster relief assistance would not be granted by Him.
To maintain transparency for global donors, the entire process has been documented through paper work and video footage. They have already filmed the waterlogged fields using a drone. Two more videos will show the complete removal of water and the final healthy crop. These videos will be displayed in Satlok Ashrams to show how the humanitarian contributions inspired by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj protect lives and livelihoods. This is done to make donors feel confident that their donations are used wisely.
