ROHTAK (MASUDPUR): The atmosphere in Masudpur village, Kalanaur Tehsil, has transformed today. The chants of ‘Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj Ki Jai’ echoing in the streets signify a triumph for farmers who have watched their fields turn into permanent swamps for three decades. After exhausting all government avenues, the Village Panchayat made a final plea to Jagatguru Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj. The result is monumental, as trucks loaded with high-grade pipes entered Masudpur, the entire village was moved to tears.
Three Decades of Decay: The Agony of Neglect
Masudpur had become a victim of its geography and administrative apathy. For the last 20 to 30 years, the village’s agricultural lands remained submerged in floodwater.
The Endless Cycle of Bureaucracy
According to the villagers, they repeatedly knocked on the doors of the administration. But no permanent solution could be found there as per their needs. An entire generation of farmers grew up in debt and despair due to these recurring floods.
When Hope Faded Away
This year, the situation was catastrophic. Schools were flooded, the local dispensary was shut down, and there was no fodder left for the livestock. In this crisis, led by Zila Parishad member (Ward 10, Rohtak) Jaidev Dagar and the Sarpanch, the village decided to seek help from Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj.
The ‘Annapurna Initiative’: A Revolutionary Model of Selfless Service
Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj not only listened to this cry for help but, within a mere seven days, dispatched a massive consignment of relief materials to the village.
Technical Breakdown of the Relief Material
This aid provided by Him is not a symbolic gesture but a complete engineering solution. The materials sent by His Holiness include:

- 5260 Feet Pipeline: High-quality 8-inch diameter pipes to carry water from the fields to the main drain.
- Heavy Machinery: Two 10-HP (Horsepower) high-capacity motors.
- Complete Installation Kit: This includes starters, cables, nut-bolts, elbows, Jain (Round Natural Rubber Tubewell Washer), wires, and the best quality solvent (glue) to ensure a leak-proof system.
A Lifelong Solution as a Permanent Gift
Villagers emphasized that this material has been donated ‘permanently.’ Unlike government equipment that is often taken back, this pipeline will be buried underground to provide a lifelong solution to waterlogging.
An Emotional Welcome: “This is God-like Work”
The moment news broke that the aid was arriving, the entire village gathered on the roads from 2:00 PM. As the trucks entered, they were greeted with a shower of flower petals and the beating of traditional drums.
Reactions from Representatives
Zila Parishad member Jaidev Dagar stated, “We made one request, and within days, three trucks arrived under the Annapurna Muhim. While many famous preachers hoard wealth, Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj is utilizing donations for the upliftment of society and the nation.” The Sarpanch honored His disciples by presenting them with a traditional ‘Pagri’ (turban) on behalf of the village.
The Saint’s Strict Command: “No Show-off, Only Green Fields”
A letter from Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj was read aloud, reflecting His deep commitment to actual results rather than mere publicity.
Drone Surveillance and Transparency
The Trust has already recorded drone footage of the flooded village. His Holiness has issued a strict directive: if the water is not drained and the next crop is not sown using these resources, then Trust will not help the village in future during any crisis. The Trust will record subsequent videos after the drainage and once the crops are flourishing to show the ‘Sangat’ (donors) how their contributions are directly saving families.
A Global Vision of Humanity
His disciples noted that this service is not limited to Masudpur. To date, similar disaster relief has been provided to over 400 villages across India. This Muhim transcends caste and creed, focusing on the survival of both the farmer and the laborer.
