Sabarwas village, located in the Hisar district of Haryana state, had been facing an extremely dire and terrifying situation for the past two months. Due to continuous rain and floods, the fields of the village were filled with three to four feet of water. This waterlogging not only completely rotted and destroyed the flourishing crops of cotton, paddy, and millet but also seriously polluted the village’s drinking water sources.

Due to floodwater entering the drinking water tank, the villagers were forced to drink highly polluted water. The risk of diseases was increasing, and the farmers’ life savings were drowning before their eyes. Houses were on the verge of collapsing, and many small settlements (dhanis) were completely devastated.
How the Villagers Appealed to Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj for Help
When Sabarwas village became submerged, the villagers first turned to the administrative officials. They went to the doors of the DC, Member of Parliament (MP), and MLAs to plead for help. However, the administration shrugged off its responsibility, saying that solving such a massive problem was beyond their capacity. One or two small motors provided by the government proved completely ineffective in draining this immense volume of water.
When all the government protectors gave up and only disappointment was met from every side, the Panchayat of Sabarwas made a final and strong appeal at the feet of Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj with a last ray of hope. The village Sarpanch and other prominent people presented their ideology and the pitiable condition of the village before Him.

Administrative Failure and Extreme Despair of Farmers
The residents of village Sabarwas tried to build embankments at their own level to escape the fury of the flood, but the flow and level of water were so high that all efforts failed. The water flow from the neighboring village, Kuleri, had also moved towards Sabarwas. Farmers were completely broken. Due to the fields being filled with water, a major crisis of green fodder for livestock had arisen.
The nominal aid provided by the government could not produce any positive impact on the ground. The situation was such that if the water had not been drained on time, the farmers would have reached the brink of suicide, and no sowing would have been possible in the fields for the next six months.

Immediate Dispatch of Massive Relief Material by Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj
Upon hearing the cry of Sabarwas, Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj did what left the entire area astonished. Where government files gathered dust in offices for weeks, a massive relief convoy reached the village boundary within just three days by His order. Under this special assistance, high-quality 8-inch pipelines and powerful motors were provided.
This help was so complete and detailed that all the materials-from starters, cables, and nuts-bolts for the motors to the solution for joining the pipes-were sent by Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj absolutely free of cost.
Expansion of Relief Works and the Process of Drainage
In the initial phase, 18,000 feet of pipe and two motors were given. When it was realized that the area of waterlogging was vast, the villagers again placed the situation before Him. Without any delay, Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj immediately sent 6,000 feet of pipe and an additional 10 HP motor to the village.

These machines worked day and night continuously to drive the massive water out of the village boundaries, and all the dirty water was discharged into the canal at Culvert No. 23. Showing foresight, the villagers have permanently buried this pipeline underground for future safety, so that if a flood situation arises again, it can be resolved immediately.
Personal Experiences of Farmers and Recovery of Economic Losses
Village Sarpanch Sushil Kumar and former Sarpanch Shiv Kumar Mund described the scene of destruction in the village. Farmer Praveen Kumar said that out of his 15 acres of fields, he had millet in 9 acres and cotton in 8 acres, which were completely destroyed. He suffered a loss of about 7 lakh rupees. If the water had not been drained, he would have had to suffer a further loss of 8 lakh rupees for the wheat crop.
But by the grace of Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj, wheat has now been sown in his fields, and he expects a profit of 8 lakh rupees. Similarly, 68-year-old farmer Jai Singh, Budhram (who lost 2 lakhs in paddy), and Rajveer (who lost 5-6 lakh rupees in 11 acres) clarified that this great donation by Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj saved them from being completely ruined.
Resumption of Sowing in Sabarwas and Surrounding Areas
Today, every corner of Sabarwas village has been restored. Where until yesterday there was four feet deep dirty water and diseases were spreading, today tractors are running for sowing wheat, and fertilizers and seeds are being applied. The deepest and most submerged area of the village is now completely dry, and 100% of the sowing work is in progress.

Along with Sabarwas, similar assistance has been provided by Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj to many other villages like Kumharia, Gorakhpur, Sarangpur, Kharpar, Kaleraman, Khasa, and Chindar, bringing an atmosphere of prosperity to the entire region.

Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj: The Visionary Who Made the Impossible Possible
The promptness and selflessness with which Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj helped the farmers of Sabarwas is a unique example for society. When no means of livelihood were left for the farmers and the administration turned its back, He came forward and played the role of a protector. He handed over machines and equipment worth lakhs of rupees to the villagers without any discrimination or self-interest.
His step proves that true saintly nature is not limited to sermons alone but believes in working on the ground for human welfare. The elders and farmers of the village emotionally admitted that Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj is no less than God to them. Just as a father holds the hands of his children, in the same way, Maharaj Ji has given a new lease of life to the sinking Sabarwas.
Farmers believe that such massive and selfless help cannot be provided by anyone in today’s time. It is a result of His compassion and mercy that today many flood-affected villages of Haryana are being inhabited again, and the residents are able to sleep in peace. Making fields-where there was no hope of water drying for many months-fit for sowing within just 15 to 20 days is nothing short of a miracle.
Saint Rampal Ji Maharaj, through His divine vision and public welfare works, has proved that He is truly a visionary of the era and the pioneer of public welfare. Every grain of Sabarwas has today become a witness to His great service.
