New Delhi/Najafgarh: Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj has made a historic intervention to resolve the severe flooding issue in Kair Village, located in Najafgarh, Delhi. Despite the local administration’s inaction over the past six months, He took swift action under His “Annapurna Muhim” (Mission) to provide millions of rupees worth of flood relief materials, free of charge, to the farmers and residents of Kair Village.
The relief materials included submersible motors and thousands of metres of pipes. Within just four days of the request being made by the village’s head and the panchayat, the aid arrived, bringing hope to restore 80% of the flooded agricultural land.
Emergence of Annapurna Muhim Amid Administrative Failure
Kair Village, part of the sprawling capital of Delhi, has faced severe flooding for the past six months. Around 80% of the village’s agricultural land was submerged, and the water level had reached the residents’ homes.

According to the villagers, local lawmakers and leaders only appeared during elections, but never showed concern during the disaster. When the government systems failed completely, the village panchayat and head went to the Ashram in Mundka and submitted a request for help to Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj.
Maharaj swiftly acknowledged their plea, accepted it, and ordered the relief materials to be dispatched at ‘superfast’ speed.
Advanced Technical Equipment and Millions Worth of Relief Materials
The relief materials sent by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj to Kair Village were not ordinary; they were selected specifically considering the village’s geographical conditions. Among the supplies were four special 7-horsepower (HP) submersible pumps. These motors are capable of working underwater, making them far more effective than regular pump sets. In addition, 25,000 feet (7,620 metres) of 8-inch diameter pipe and 1,000 feet (305 metres) of electrical wiring were also sent.

The volunteers clarified that these machines were from reputable companies (Kirloskar or Crompton) and their quality is so high that they can serve the village for the next 100 years.
A Festive Welcome in the Village
As soon as the convoy of relief materials from Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj entered Kair Village, the entire village gathered in joy. Villagers welcomed the volunteers and the materials with tractors, drums, and showers of flowers. Women and the elderly of the village offered garlands to the image of Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, expressing gratitude and reverence, calling Him ‘God’. The village head presented a turban, shawl, and memento in His honour.
The villagers emotionally remarked that what the Prime Minister, Chief Minister, and administration failed to do in six months, a single Saint achieved in just four days.
A Condition with the Service: Sowing the Next Crop is Mandatory
Along with the relief materials, Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj sent a strict letter of instruction. In it, He made it clear that the purpose of the donation was not for show, but to achieve tangible results. Maharaj instructed the villagers to work together to pump out the water within the stipulated time so that the next crop (wheat) could be sown. Volunteers stated that drone footage had been taken of the village’s current situation.

A subsequent video will be taken after the water is removed, and a third video will capture the flourishing crop, to show the donors the true impact of their contributions. Maharaj also warned that if the crop was not sown due to negligence, the Trust would not assist in any future disasters.
Selfless Service and Distancing from Politics
This campaign, run by Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj is entirely free of charge. The volunteers made it clear that Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj has no intention of entering politics or building a vote bank. Being from a farmer’s family, He understands their pain. Currently, this initiative is not limited to Delhi alone but is being successfully implemented in over 300 villages across Haryana, Rajasthan, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh.
While other religious leaders and organisations amass wealth under the guise of donations, Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj uses 100% of the donations for social service, healthcare, and education.
A True Example of Human Compassion
The relief provided to Kair Village is not just about machinery but is a lifeline for the farmers whose crops were destroyed and whose children could not attend school. Through the 25,000 feet (7,620 metres) of pipes and high-capacity motors, Kair Village now has a permanent solution. This event demonstrates that when administrative systems remain silent, it is spiritual organisations that step up as the true source of support.
