Seeing no support from the administration, the Gram Panchayat decided to request help from Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj. After witnessing the aid received by neighbouring villages from Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj, the Panchayat, under the leadership of Devendra Ji, prepared a formal request letter explaining the problem. They demanded the following material and asked them to deliver it before the wheat sowing period ended.

On receiving the request, Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj immediately instructed His followers to send the required equipment under His Annapurna Muhim. Within a few days, a massive help reached Goela Kalan quickly comprising the following.
- Two 10 HP heavy duty motors
- 17,000 feet high quality 8-inch pipe
- All electrical accessories including starters
- All the pipe fittings with clamps, nuts, bolts, etc.
Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj also made sure to deliver all the required starters, fittings, nut bolts and every small accessory required to extract water from the village. Villagers were surprised because they received exactly what they had asked for without delay.
